  5. Method

    • Curry can be prepared by:Pour vegetable oil into a soup pot with medium heat. Add mined garlic and stir-fry well. Add minced onion and minced carrot before stiry-frying until it is cooked. Add unsalted butter and stir-fry it until it is melted. Add wheat flour and stir-fry flour with onion. Stir-fry mixture until flour's scent can be smelled.
    • Add curry powder and stir-fry until mixture gives good smell. Pour Knorr's pasta sauce and apple sauce. Stir-fry mixture well. Pour clean water and add bay leaf. Boil mixture and add seasoning like shoyu, Mirin, Sake, Knorr's stock cube, sweet soy sauce, and ground chilli. Stir well. Boil for 10 minutes. Add seasoning as preferred. Blend with a blender for obtaining delicate curry for serving or chilling.
    • Chicken Stuffed with Cheese can be prepared by:Put defrosted and soft TVB NoChickenBurger into a mixing bowl. Add mixture and all seasonings for blending. Separate as cubes with he size of 25 grams per cube. Stuff chicken with mozzarella cheese. Dip with dry flour and mixed crispy flour. Dip with breadcrumbs and chill or fry for serving.
    • Serve with Japanese rice, curry, and fired chicken stuffed with cheese, prickles and Japanese seaweed.
