  • Soup Stock 20.0 g
  • Egg 1.0 egg
  • Wide Rice Noodle 159.0 g
  • Seasoning Sauce made with Oyster Sauce 2.0 tbsp
  • Green Onion, sliced 5.0 g
  • Pickled Squid, soaked in water 20.0 g
  • Black Pepper 0.5 g

Method

  1. Main Sauce for Stir Frying with Oyster Sauce, Asian-Style Formula

    • Mix all ingredients and stir well.

  2. How to Prepare

    • Heat vegetable oil in the pan. Add minced garlic and stir until golden brown. Add chicken, soup stock and egg. Stir fry until every ingredient is lightly cooked.
    • Add wide rice noodles and the squid, season it with the main sauce and stir fry until everything is well cooked.
    • Taste. Sprinkle with black pepper, add sliced green onions and serve with lettuce and Knorr chili sauce.
    • Tips: You can customize the dish with other ingredients such as pork, beef and other seafood.
