Method

Steps for making crepe dough
- Put all-purpose wheat flour and 95 grams of rice flour into a bowl.
- Followed by 2.5 grams of salt, 2.5 grams of baking soda and 70 grams of sugar, then stir well.
- Put 195 grams of evaporated milk into a mixing bowl and stir well.
- Add 1 egg number 1, followed by 1.25 grams of vanilla extract, mix well.
- Strain the obtained flour using a sieve. To make the crepe batter more smooth
- Set aside in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Steps for making crepe filling
- Heat the pan using low heat.
- Drop the reserved crepe batter into it, spread it thinly and wait for the batter to set. By adjusting it to medium heat.
- When the dough starts to set, spread Knorr brand pizza sauce all over.
- Put the filling on the crepe dough. Start with crab stick filling, quantity as desired.
