Beef Meatballs

  • Ground Beef 500.0 g
  • Onion, minced 170.0 g
  • Parsley, freshly chopped 170.0 g
  • Dried Basil 1.0 tbsp
  • Egg, beaten 2.0 egg
  • Breadcrumbs 85.0 g
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Garlic Clove, minced 3.0 part
  • KNORR Aroy Sure All-In-One Seasoning Chicken Flavoured 800 g

Serving

  • KNORR Barbecue Sauce 120.0 ml
  • Cranberry Sauce (or substitute 4 tbsp Cranberry Sauce with ½ cup Dried Cranberries) 4.0 tbsp
  • Chopped Parsley, for garnish

Bring Yuletide cheer to the table with this easy appetiser recipe. They are fuss-free little flavour bombs of ground beef mixed with the sweetness of cranberries, and a generous coating of tangy barbeque sauce.

Method

  1. Beef Meatballs

    • In a bowl, mix in your garlic, onion, parsley, basil, Aroysure All-In-One Chicken Flavoured Seasoning, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
    • Add in your ground beef, and fold all the ingredients together, using your hands.
    • Form the meat mixture into small balls and place it on a baking sheet with a half inch space in between.
    • Bake it for 15-20 minutes, depending on how big your meatballs are.
  2. Serving

    • Pour the KNORR Barbecue Sauce in a separate bowl, add cranberry sauce, and place in your meatballs.
    • Give it a quick toss until each meatball is coated in the sauce.
    • Skewer each cranberry barbecue beef meatball with a fork and serve on a decorative plate.
    • Garnish with chopped parsley.
