Method

  1. For Pineapple Flavoured Choc Ball

    • Combine vanilla flavoured cake dough with Best Foods Pineapple Spread FS. Add a few drops of yellow food colouring and mix all the ingredients together.
    • Roll into a ball shape by hands or weigh each ball about 40g. and set aside.
  2. For Strawberry Flavoured Choc Ball

    • Combine vanilla flavoured cake dough with Best Foods Strawberry Spread. Add a few drops of pink food colouring and mix the ingredients together.
    • Roll into a ball shape by hands or weigh each ball about 40g. and set aside.
  3. For Orange Flavoured Choc Ball

    • Combine vanilla flavoured cake dough with Best Foods Orange Spread FS. Drop a few orange food colouring and mix all the ingredients together.
    • Roll into a ball shape by hands or weigh each ball about 40g. and set aside.
  4. For Cheesecake

    • Sift cake flour and Best Foods Baking Powder Double Acting Formula.
    • Heat cream cheese and Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine until melted. Stir with whisk until blended. Take the mixture from the oven and let it cool down.
    • Combine egg yolks, fresh milk and condensed milk in cream cheese mixture. Mix all the ingredients together with hand whisker. Then put the cream cheese mixture into cake flour, stir well.
    • Beat egg white with Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder. Use electric whisker at medium speed until the egg white becomes bubble . Then, add a teaspoon of sugar into the mixture, one at a time until it forms soft peak.
    • Mix the egg white with cream cheese by splitting the egg white mixture into two portions. Gently stir cream cheese and mix with the egg white. Then pour the mixed ingredients mold that choc ball already laid out.
    • Bake with waterbath technique in the oven at 180 degree C, both upper and lower heat, for about 20-30 minutes. Leave the baked cake until cool.
  5. For Cheesecake Decoration

    • Squeeze the whipped cream in a circle shape, followed by Best Foods Strawberry LC Filling. Decorate it layer by layer.
