  • Canned Corn 50 g
  • Carrot 30 g
  • Salt 1 g
  • White Pepper 1 g

Method

  1. For tortiya sheet

    1. Mix Bestfood margarine butter, Bestfood baking powder, and all-purpose flour together, use hand to crush all to be like a sand then put warm water to mix, thresh flour around 5 - 6 mins
    2. Cut flour to be small size around 40 g. mold it like a nodule, keep it around 1 hour. dough it to be disc that thin around 0.5 - 1 mm. covered with damp cloth
    3. Heat the flat pan and put the flat flour for grilling. turn it around 1 mins each side till cooked. covered with clean cloth and keep it away from air.

  2. For tuna salad

    Mixed all together

  3. Assembly

    Put ham on tortiya chip, put tomato, tuna salad on ham, then roll tortiya sheet, then bake at 200 c for 10 minutes or till cheese is melted
