  • Water 90.0 ml
  • Egg 3.0 egg

Method

  1. For bread

    In mixing bowl, with hook attach, mix everything together except Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine until smooth. Add Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine until smooth and elastic. Take out from mixing bowl and place it in a lightly oiled bowl to rise up. Leave it for 30-40 minutes
  2. For Japanese salad

    1. Mix Bestfood Sweet mayo and Japanese soy sauce together
    2. Boil Japanese soy bean, mix with crab stick, corn, mayo, and soil sauce
  3. To assemble

    1. Knead to take out the air from the dough, divide to 40 g per piece and shape it into cylinder (depth 0.5 cm). Put Japanese salad in the center, fold the dough, put it on a tray for 30-35 minutes until fluffy
    2. Cut the bread into triangle shape and decorate with seaweed sheet, then bake it at 190 °C for 12-15 minutes and take it out and let the bread cool down
