  • Cream Cheese 250.0 g
  • Icing Sugar 120.0 g
  • KNORR Lime Seasoning Powder 400 g 5.0 g
  • Vanilla Extract

  • Compound White Chocolate 50.0 g

Method

  1. Whoopie pie

    1. Sift all purpose flour, cocoa powder, Best Foods Baking Powder Double Acting Formula and baking soda together. Put aside.
    2. Mix evaporated milk, yoghurt, vanilla extract and red artificial colour together
    3. Cream Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine with confectioners' sugar and salt with the paddle attach until fluffy. Slowly adding egg and mix until smooth.
    4. Always scrap the mixing bowl to make sure all the mixture is well mixed.
    5. Add flour and yoghurt in alternating batch.

      Scoop to place rounds of the mixture onto prepared trays. Press them until they are smooth and flat. Bake at 180 °C for 9-10 minutes or until they are cooked. Leave them to cool down on the rack
  2. Cream cheese

    1. In mixing bowl with paddle attach, cream Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine until fluffy, add cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla extract and Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder
    2. Continue to mix with medium speed until the mixture is pale and creamy
    3. Spoon filling into a piping bag to be used as filling for whoopie pie
  3. Decoration

    Melt chocolate and fill in piping bag for decoration or use icing sugar
