Method

  1. ขั้นตอนการทำแป้งคอร์นด๊อก

    • ร่อนแป้งขนมปัง และ ผงฟู สูตรดับเบิลแอ็คติง ตราเบสท์ฟู้ดส์ เข้าด้วยกัน จากนั้นใส่น้ำตาลทราย เกลือ ไข่ไก่ นมสด คนส่วนผสมทั้งหมดให้ละลายเข้ากัน พักไว้   
    • หั่นมอสซาเรลล่าชีส รูปทรงสี่เหลี่ยมลูกเต๋าขนาด 10 กรัม  (ขนาดความหนาของมอสซาเรลล่าชีสไม่ควรใหญ่กว่าขนาดของไส้กรอกที่ให้)
    • นำไม้มาเสียบ โดยเสียบไส้กรอกก่อนแล้วตามด้วยมอสซาเรลล่าชีสที่หั่นเตรียมไว้  (มอสซาเรลล่าชีสอยู่ด้านบนไส้กรอก)
    • เตรียมน้ำมันสำหรับทอด ตั้งน้ำมันทอดให้ร้อน (อุณหภูมิประมาณ 180 องศาเซลเซียส) 
    •  ไส้กรอก และมอสซาเรลล่าชีสที่เสียบไม้ไว้ จุ่มลงในแป้งที่เตรียมไว้ 
    •  นำลงทอดในน้ำมันที่ร้อน จนได้สีเหลืองทอง พักให้สะเด็ดน้ำมัน   
    • จัดเสิร์ฟพร้อมกับ สวีท เบเกอรี่ มายองเนส ตราเบสท์ฟู้ดส์ โดยบีบ สวีท เบเกอรี่ มายองเนส ตราเบสท์ฟู้ดส์ ลงบนคอร์นด๊อกไส้กรอกชีส
